F.A.Q.

  • PAYMENT METHODS:
    • We currently accept all major credit cards and Paypal. We use Paypal to process all card transactions.
    • SHIPPING & HANDLING:
    • All orders ship within 2-5 business days.
    • We are open for orders, but we "DO NOT" ship during weekends.
    • Any orders placed on a Friday, will ship Monday or Tuesday of coming week.
    • We Ship Worldwide.
    • REFUNDS & EXCHANGES:
    • Returns items are for exchanges ONLY or store credit.
    • Refunds are granted if we can not get your order out in a timely manner and/ or we make a mistake on our end MEANING; Wrong item (Size, Color, Etc.) or Damaged item(s).
    • Refund/Replacement by NJ Drive Clothing will Only be sent upon receipt of returned Item that is in the same condition it was sent to customer.

    • PRE-ORDER INFO
    • When one of our items is labeled with "Pre-Order" this means that the item is either in production or being shipped to us but we are taking orders for it. We update all of our "Pre-Order" items with a shipping date. So if you purchase a "Pre-Order" item it will be shipped on the date that is stated.
